EZ ShowerBase is made of computer-engineered high-density polyurethane foam (not Styrofoam) with a factory applied waterproof membrane. It is heat and chemical resistant. Each EZ ShowerBase is CNC machined to give you a perfectly sloped surface every time. A variety of standard sizes cover most options and custom sizes are available.

PERFECT SLOPE EVERY TIME

EZ ShowerBase is machined to have a perfect slope on every base. This gives you the confidence that your shower will drain properly. Dips and waves in a traditional mortar/liner base hold water that allows mold and bacteria to grow.

100% WATERPROOF

EZ ShowerBase is made from 100% waterproof high-density polyurethane foam, NOT Styrofoam. This product will never rot or absorb water. In addition, a liquid waterproof membrane is factory applied to the foam surface.

 

MOLD RESISTANT

EZ ShowerBase will not hold water like a mortar/liner base. This greatly reduces the environment for mold or bacteria to survive.

EZ ShowerBase has a factory applied waterproof membrane that is applied to the base and ready for tile.

 

SAVES TIME

With drying time, a traditional mortar/liner base can take 2 days to install.  An EZSB can typically be installed in one hour or less. Faster installations with better results!

EZ MEASURING TOOL

Is provided with every base purchase. It makes laying out your shower simple and accurate by indexing the pipe/drain’s center and it accurately tells you the right height of the pipe. It also fits the rough-in drain and the EZ ShowerBase drain.  This allows the measurements to be easily transferred.

EZ SHOWERBASE LINEAR DRAIN

The drain is contained inside the EZ ShowerBase and uses the same drain rough-in as the standard drain. EZ ShowerBase has made linear drains simple and dramatically reduces installation time.
